Our Approach

Our approach is gentle, evidence-informed, and tailored to the unique needs of infants, children, expecting mothers, and families. We support the nervous system through musculoskeletal, myofascial, and craniosacral techniques, so the body can do what it’s designed to do: adapt, grow, and thrive.

Chiropractic taps into your body's innate ability to heal by removing interference from your nervous system. This allows your brain to be able to send and receive messages to your body. When the nervous system is clear, it allows for more connection, better life expression, and improved ability to heal, adapt to changes, and handle the stressors of everyday life.

Dr. Lindsey’s adjusting style uses a combination of approaches to ensure your body receives the care that it needs. There are many gentle and highly effective ways to utilize chiropractic care!

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • At your initial visit, you’ll sit down and have a no-cost consultation with the doctor. During this consultation, we will discuss your health concerns, goals, and how we can help you. Together, we will determine if you’re a good candidate for neurologically-based chiropractic care in our office.

Immediately following this consultation, and in the same visit, you’ll have the opportunity to go through a detailed examination. This will include a chiropractic assessment, orthopedic tests, neurological tests, and INSiGHT scans.

The consultation is complimentary. If we are a good fit, and you choose to follow through with an exam, the cost is $200.

  • At this second visit, we will go over the findings from your INSiGHT scans and consultation. We will discuss a plan of action for your chiropractic care. You will have an opportunity to get adjusted during this visit.

  • At each visit, we will have a brief check-in to see any notices of change, analyze, and adjust as needed.

  • These visits will occur approximately every 12 visits and will include an INSiGHT scan to evaluate your progress and an adjustment.
